”The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy.

The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”

I emailed them to tell them and they were so understanding. They not only kept my room but also suggested the best way to get from Edinburgh Airport. Once I was actually able to check in, they made sure I was taken care the whole time and just made my trip to Glasgow more delightful than I ever thought it could be. This will definitely be my go-to place...
