Huvilat kohteessa Benalmádena Costa

”Koko seurueemme piti huvilan ulko tiloista, puutarhasta, isosta uimaltaasta, barbegue- ja sisätilojen oleskelualueista. Olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö sekä tornikerroksen makuuhuone, kylpyhuone ja kattoterassi olivat parasta sisätiloissa. Muut makuuhuoneet olivat pienempiä. Alakerrassa sijaitsevaa omalla sisään käynnillä olevaa tilaa makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuonetta emme valitettavasti voineet käyttää siellä valitsevan kosteuden ja hajun vuoksi. Meidän koko seuruessa oli 6 aikuista ja 5 lasta,...

”We were so happy we found this little gem. Clive the host was so kind and sent us all the information we required before arriving, we decided to get the train from airport and his directions were great and easy to follow. On arrival he had left us a welcome pack which was very generous and a god send - water, 4 beers, cava, bread, milk, ham, cheese, butter. We certainly made the most of these as I would say if you are hiring a car this is the perfect location however as we only stayed 4 nights...

”Fantastische locatie maar een aantal dingen zijn aan vervanging toe zoals douchekop en fornuisknop en plaat plus een nieuwe bakpannen set. Pépé (de eigenaar) was een heel aardige en zeer behulpzame man. Al met al hebben we ontzettend genoten!”

”Very nice roomy house with a spectacular view over Benalmadena to the sea. Wi-Fi could have higher speed. All in all we enjoyed our stay.”

”Magnifique maison, bel espace de vie , grande cuisine, belle piscine. Nous aurions aimé savoir à l’avance que la locataire du bas avait 2 chiens qui aboient. Il y avait des travaux de construction à côté mais la propriétaire a su nous accommoder suite à notre remarque. La dame qui nous recevait était très professionnelle et elle autant que la propriétaire ont été très collaboratives et dévouées. Merci.”

”Vietimme huhtikuussa 2024 mukavan viikon lasten ja lastenlasten kanssa Villa El Descansossa. Villa oli oikein mukava ja toimiva isolle porukalle ja sijainti loistava ja rauhallinen. Lapset varsinkin nauttivat lämmitetystä uima-altaasta, leluista ja peleistä. Etukäteen sovittu lämmitys maksoi 175€ viikko. Kaikki toimi sovitusti, kiitokset Jenniferille.”

”The property and garden are wonderful. The pool also, although we had some issues there. The filtering system failed, but the owner took action and sent someone to fix it. There was air conditioning throughout the Villa and there were several refrigerators - that was perfect in the warm weather.”

”Ample space in villa however, more umbrellas would be beneficial. Currently there is only one large one. The outside of villa would benefit from a coat of paint.The ensuite toilet doors need replacing as they did not fully close. Despite the above, it was a great venue for a family holiday. we thoroughly enjoyed our week in the villa.”

”Overall, we had a great trip however. I found the owner to be a poor communicator , the house is 4 really bedrooms and 1 that looks like it was the pantry of the kitchen and the other the tv (which was unusable as the 8 remotes were all in Dutch) room, closed by a curtain. The owner, a couple days before check in told me that I would be charged 300 euro for heating the pool, 10 euro for linens per person and 5 for towels each day. I could do nothing but accept this as all of my family were...

”Great hosts, Babbs went above and beyond before and during our holiday. The villa was just amazing. Close walk down to the front where you can walk either way. Benalmadena harbour is a 6 mile walk, but easily doable. Brilliant time was had by all.”

”Bien triste chers vacancier C’est bien salle un peu par tout, des odeurs mauvaises dans toutes les salles de bain, les salles de bain sont dans un état des années 70, porte de douche qui tombe, un jacuzzi qui est rouillé, le dernier jour en fermant la porte de la salle de bain du rez de jardin le carrelage s'est décollé du mur et tombé par terre, la clim qui fuit, seul le lit de l'étage était confortable mais sinon tous les reste sont très user., vaisselle cuisine que pour pour 6 ou7 personnes...

”The villa was lovely with lots of space and everything you could possibly need. A little far out but taxis readily available. 15 minute walk to the sea front with bars and restaurants but steep hill to walk back up. Check in process was poor. The key manager told us nothing about the villa and didn't show us round. We wrongly assumed there would be a welcome book but alas no. We had no wifi code, no alarm instructions, had to speak to a neighbour to find out where rubbish bins were. We reported...

”Mooi ruim huis, goed en rustig gelegen halverwege Malaga en Marbella, heel erg vriendelijke eigenaar, correct uitgerust”

”Lovely villa with great views to the sea. Fantastic pool. The roads are very steep so I would advise walking down to the beach (20 minutes) and taxi back. Also taxi up to the Carefore market where theres a couple of restraunts and a chemist then walk back (again 20 minutes). Be warned, taxi will arrive in about 5 minutes so make sure youre ready.”
