Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan. Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet too. ...

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”Beautiful stay at this hotel. Lovely character and it gives a great feel for the Shakespeare era with old wooden beams and minutes walk from the RSC. Our room was lovely and clean with great coffee pods! Bfast was absolutely delicious and it was definitely worth having. Plenty of options and the full English was wonderful. Great hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the theatre! But also the pub downstairs is stunning to have a few drinks and relax. Staff are super lovely and accommodating...
