”Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.”

Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.”

”We enjoyed an overdue getaway at this unique property. The host was helpful and the place was very clean. The bedrooms are a little bit small but well appointed, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus, as we stayed 9 nights. The metal architectural elements were an intriguing blast from the past, and there were deer in the back almost every evening. We ideally would have preferred less traffic noise (construction at the shopping center across the street during our stay), but it...

”What a lovely property! Parking was easy, there is so much space downstairs, and there are plenty of extras in case you forget anything. The home is easily accessible with gas stations next door and super clean. Great for groups!”

(Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

”For my girlfriend and I it was a perfect stay. A full one bedroom apartment with a small second bedroom. The place was clean and the A/C in the bedroom kept the entire apartment cool. We had a family event in the area, so we didn't spend much time during the day, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. We would certainly stay there again.”
