Apartment Rosin in the heart of Babelsberg Appt. I

The Rosin vacation apartments are located on a small side street in the heart of Babelsberg.

You’ll stay in a stylish two-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
In the bedroom, a box-spring bed ensures peaceful and restful nights.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Both vacation apartments have a completely renovated bathroom.
In the living room, you can relax on the cozy leather couch after a wonderful day of vacation.
The leather couch can be converted into a daybed, allowing for an extra bed. An additional person costs 20€ per night.

Parking is available in the designated parking spaces, usually right near the house, and there is storage space for bicycles on the property.
We are happy to provide two bicycles (subject to availability).

This is a non-smoking vacation rental.
Note for smokers: there is an ashtray on the balcony.
