Ystävällinen palvelu, tarkoitukseemme hyvä sijainti. Huoneessa ei oĺlut kaikkea varustusta, mitä luvattiin. Esim. vedenkeitin puuttui. Perhehuoneemme yhtä sänkyä ei ollut pedattu eikä siihen ollut edes lakanoita huoneessa, vaikka ensin niin sanottiin. Se kyllä tehtiin, kun käytiin pyytämässä.

We would firstly like to thank you for your loyalty towards Marriott. the Moxy rooms are designed to offer only a small variety of furniture and amenities, but in a cool and trendy way. We are therefore able to keep the room rate affordable without missing out on any extra service. The rooms are a little smaller in size but are equipped with all the nevessary amenities. But we also have Premium rooms in the house which are double the size of the average queen room and come equipped with wardrobes, sofa and a bigger Bathroom. Todella hyvä
Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet ja tilat olivat siistit. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä ja hotellilta on todella hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Ainut puute ja miinus olivat perustason huoneen pieni koko, sekä huoneesta puuttuvat tasot esim. vaatteiden säilytystä varten. Huoneesta oli vain kolme hengaria, joten matkalaukussa oli pidettävä vierailun ajan kaikki vaatteet. Huone raikas ja hyvin toimiva ilmastointi.

Enjoyable stay, would return
Generally, everything was really cool at the Moxy. We arrived on Friday evening and there was a DJ playing in the lobby. This was very loud, and made the communication with the staff quite difficult. This could be improved. As a surprise, we got a drink token for the bar. The room was great and clean and quiet. The decorations throughout the hotel were very good and cool. The breakfast could be improved, it was very basic for the price, and didn't seem to be managed the best way considering the number of guests. Some staff members didn't speak English (very surprising at a hotel), and at that moment others were busy, we tried to ask for advice about directions. The location is good, you can walk to the East side gallery and Kreuzberg easily, and the train takes you in no time to almost anywhere you want. I'd stay again at the Moxy but maybe have breakfast elsewhere.

Ihan ok hotelli
Keskinkertainen hotelli. Siistit tilat. Henkilökunta enimmäkseen ystävällistä, mutta ei erityisen auttavaista. Hotellin käytännöistä ei kerrottu mitään. Sijainti ei mielestäni hyvä. Aamupala hyvä, tosin maksettava erikseen.

Uusi nuorekas todella viihtyisä edullinen hotelli
Hotelli ihan Berlin Ostbahnhof rautatieaseman vieressä, junien tai liikenteen ääni ei silti yhtään kuulunut neljännen kerroksen huoneeseemme. Ostbahnhoffilla paljon pikaruokapaikkoja ja ruokakauppoja, ja hyvät yhteydet. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Hotelli siisti, hyväntuoksuinen ja rauhallinen, aulan musiikit eivät kuuluneet meidän huoneeseemme. Ympäristö on vähän nuhjuinen, mutta turvattomaksi emme oloamme kuitenkaan kertaakaan tunteneet. Hotellin aamiaisesta ei kokemusta. Hotellin kahvilassa/baarissa myytävät crab&go ruuat aika hintavia. Voisin asua täällä toistekin. Ainoa miinuspuoli oli vähän huonosti vetävä suihkun viemäri ja alahyllylle vuotava lavuaarin hana.

Great hotel with good location
Pictures on the page were accurate. Room was clean. Street was straight under the window but noice didn't bother. Room was not so big but ok and the bed was big (slightly hard mattress but it was good for my back). Staff was nice and helpful. Not too many restaurants right around the hotel but near by plenty of them. Good public transportaition access. Overall really nice stay. Cool hotel.

Moderni uusi hotelli
Kävelymatkan päässä Alexanderplatzilta uusi moderni hotelli Ostbahnhofilla. Helppo kuljea myös junalla Haubtbahnhofilta. Ei sovi pönöttäjille...ennemmin nuorekas. Huone ei ollut kovin suuri mutta juuri riittävä kahdelle. Kaikki uutta ja siistiä. Jääkaappia ei ollut huoneessa. Aamiainen hyvä ja hintansa arvoinen. Aulatilat modernit ja aamiaistila samassa. Syötävät ja juotavat löytyvät läheltä. Auton saa myös parkkiin hotellin pihaan.

Hotelli oli siisti, hyvin pelkistetty. Huoneet hyvin äänieristettyjä, sänky mukava ja pimennysverhot; eli sai erinomaisesti nukuttua. Mutta ympäristössä ei juuri mitään, ankeahko. Oli lähdettävä aina junalla; junaasema oli lähellä, siinä mielessä hyvä sijainti. Henkilökunta puhui englantia. Aamupala ok.

Rento ja mukava hotelli
Moxy oli todella viihtyisä ja yllätti myönteisesti. Suuri aula- ja baarialue tarjoaa jokaiselle mieluisan oleskelupaikan. Rento js nuorekas meininki. Ystävällinen, avulias ja iloinen henkilökunta. Baari avoinna 24h. Loistava sijainti Ost Bahnhof -aseman vieressä. Kävelymatka moniin nähtävyyksiin ja puistoihin. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen, siisti ja sänky mukava. Hinta- ja laatusuhde on tässä hotellissa täysin kohdallaan. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

MoxyBerlin is fantastic&cozy hotel w/ great staff!
Great place to spend time with friends or with your love! Large lounge floor has many different sitting and relaxing areas to party, make work, eat or just enjoy life. The bar is open 24/7. Location is great. Nearby absolutely wonderful beach bar, best place to be on a sunny day. The staff was so friendly - we will come back!

Staff is amazingly friendly. The person that checked me in was wonderful, attentive and super helpful. Found a room for me super quickly. Breakfast we nice and the train station is directly next door. No complaints at all and I will stay here again.

The staff were really lovely and offered us a free welcomed drink. We booked the Queen Bed room which was small, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very powerful, which we loved! The hotel is near one of the main train station which is very convenient if you are travelling from the Berlin airport. The immediate surroundings are not the prettiest but you are near the East Side Gallery. Holzmarkt 25 is a short walk from the hotel a great place for a drink and food by the river - a little hidden gem!

Excellent hotel with amazing service and comfort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the staff service is great. Only thing I would say is the breakfast should be cheaper. It is great but not worth the price tag.

Great room, perfect size for a 4 day trip. Although, no wardrobe which was a bit inconvenient. The staff made all the difference, brilliant service and always a great help and so friendly to chat to. We had a problem with the window in our room not closing and we were offered a room change straight away. Would definitely stay here again.

Not massively impressed. The queen bed is actually a king size and much smaller than expected. Showers dont work great, they go hot and cold at thier leisure. Asked for new towels to be sent to my room but staff couldnt be bothered. Decent enough place to stay but cant say i would go again.

Great hotel with even better staff!
Went to Berlin for an anniversary trip with my wife and really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. The hotel seems fairly new and was clean and well equipped. What made the hotel even better were the staff. The staff were absolutely fantastic and really helpful. Gave us some great suggestions for local cuisine to travel trips around town. Honestly the staff there are a credit to the brand and I will definitely be returning there soon.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Bonvoy has lost the customer centricity. I have had much better experiences at other chain hotels to day at the least this year. They have become much more rigid and un-serving. The loyalty program and recognition has also lost the glory it once had.
