”This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!”

”Amazing place, well maintained and clean. Only issue is that it's a drive to Old Town Scottsdale and and centers. But their Bellhop team and SUV's are available to run you anywhere in a 5 mile radius and are all amazingly friendly. And I believe the gym needs to be bigger with more equipment.”
