"The staff which is not many needs to take time to clean and vacuum. The bath tubs are full of clean led gunk black around the pipe head and lock . The carpets are not vacuum, dusty everywhere . Floors in the bathrooms needs to be washed. It's a nice building but needs upkeep"

"While overall the amenities were very good, the hotel's guest laundry room was out of service for the entire 1 week stay. Also, on about 1/2 of the days the pancake machine in the breakfast area was also out of service. The remainder of the breakfast experience was usually above average."
