”My family only stayed one night but enjoyed the pool, slept well and filled up on a good breakfast for our day of travel. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcomed us with warm cookies! Even though the property was close to I90, we weren't bothered by any noise. There was some contractor tailgating in the parking lot and a homeless individual at the parking lot entrance but neither derailed us from enjoying our stay.”

”The stay was mixed. The room was clean and decent, and the breakfast attendant was helpful, with gluten-free muffins available. Skimpy bedding . However, paid parking was overcrowded, ungated, and lacked security. The pool was outdated and extremely crowded. The advertised water park was smaller than expected, and the two main slides were broken throughout the stay with no clear repair timeline. Staff did not offer compensation for the closed attraction, especially for guests who booked through...

”very cute , and seems newly renovated, games and pool table in lobby, good breakfast, pool with waterslide (did not use).....staff at check in was great.... Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. The front desk had a bin of extras, too”

”I specifically booked this hotel because of the airport transfer. I prior to booking, I called to verify that I could get a four a m shuttle, which was confirmed. Upon checking in, I verified again, that I could have a four a m.Shuttle service to the airport, the two women at the desk agreed, wrote it down on a piece of paper, said no problem. When I went down at four a m to the front desk, the gentleman working said that my shuttle was not guaranteed.That it was, quote, unquote for the hours...

”The room was clean. I booked through a 3rd party and wanted an accessible walk in shower but it was not noted on my booking and they did not have a room available.”

”The elevator made such loud noise once and it felt like it was going to drop off violently. There was another couple in the elevator as well. We both complained and we were told - don’t worry about it ; it is very old. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was pathetic , same bagels, bread, eggs - felt like they had purchased in wholesale and serving the same without shame. The air conditioner was loud during night ; pretty sure they know and did nothing about it.”
