Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Chair in front the desk look like someone went to the bathroom in it and was NEVER cleaned during our week long stay. Plus 20.00 a day to park and 35.00 a day resort fee was nothing but a joke. We won't be back.

Kingsail Resort
The location was convenient for exploring the Keys. We stopped here just for one night. The floors were dirty but bathroom & kitchen area were all clean.
