”Loved everything about the hotel, except that the apartment was very cold. They did try to fix it to no avail. We had to use the bedding to cover us up whilst sat on the sofa. The breakfast was really nice and the staff second to none. We were attending a wedding nearby and they ordered us a taxi We would definitely stay again but maybe nit in the apartment unless the heating was fixed for the colder months.”

”Based on my experience on last stay at Holiday Inn Jesmond I booked it also for my trip. The hotel is within short walk from the Metro so it was easy to come from the airport and also easy to head to the University. Stay at the hotel was good. The friendly staff helped me with adapter issues. ”

”We stayed for one week due to a conference trip. - The biggest negative comes from the very stinking room. Even though the air conditioning was effective you can't air the room as windows don't open. All the clothes smell really bad now - The bed very noisy and uncomfortable. Anytime anyone moved in the bed it made a loud noise, woke up for that several times in the night, also had very uncomfortable pillows. - The sheets had stains - Not noise proof room as advertised in the room description!...

”the free upgrade was very much appreciated All the staff were amazing the free drinks and packet of chocs in the room were a welcome surprise especially as it was a birthday break . However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive ”
