Positively different experience
A positively different hotel experience, starting from the check in which was very smooth. Hotel gym is worth a look at even without intention to train, the wooden exercise machines are so beautiful design. Great breakfast! Very close to Legoland, although at this time of the year the park is closed and therefore this hotel is really a bargain.

Huone oli ihan ok, mutta huonolla näköalalla. Huoneesta veloitettiin väärä hinta, mitä tuli selvittää useampaan otteeseen respassa. Ravintolassa aamupala oli hyvä, mutta päivällisbuffet huono, eikä ollenkaan vastannut hintaansa. Tarjoilija ravintolassa oli tyly, sillä tuli olla aamupalalle pöytävaraus, vaikka puolet paikoista oli salista vapaana. Hyvin vaikeaa oli saada selvityksen jälkeen lupaa mennä istumaan ja silloinkin näytettiin pöytä kauimmaisena buffetpöydästä. Muutoin hotelli oli yleisilmeeltään siisti ja melko lähellä Ledolandia.

We had our own door to the back yard and the kids could play outside safely. The hotel was quiet and beautiful. Really good breakfast, I really enjoye the tea buffet. Legoland really close, good location. The staff professionals and friendly. I highly recommend.

Plussaa huoneiden siisteydestä. Kivat huoneet - olisiko uusittu lähivuosina? Miinuksena ilmastoinnin puutteesta. Pidimme kattoikkunan auki myös koko yön, joten uni kyllä maistui loistavasti. Aamupala erinomainen. Sauna- ja uimatilat näyttivät mukavilta mutta ei ehditty käyttää niitä. Plussaa myös buffet-pöydästä: hienoa ettei pitkän päivän jälkeen tarvinnut lähteä muualle (keskustaan noin 1 km) ja ruoka ihan jees.

Legoland-matka
Meitä oli matkalla kaksi eläkeiässä olevaa isovanhempaa ja 5-vuotias lapsenlapsi. Hotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Legolandista ja lentokentälle on vain n. 3 km. Hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Itse hotellirakennus on siisti ja viihtyisä ja pihalla on lapsille esim. pomppulinna ja hiekkalaatikko. Pienenä miinuksena voi mainita huoneen korkea lämpötila näin kesäaikaan, tosin terassin oven sai auki ja terassilla oli pieni pöytä ja 2 tuolia, jossa oli miellyttävä istuskella omassa rauhassa.

Viihtyisä hotelli Legolandian vieressä
Sijainti on loistava, pienen kävelymatkan päässä Legolandiasta. Huoneet olivat siistit, tilavat ja viihtyisät. Aamiainen oli mielestäni myös erittäin hyvä. Ainoa miinus oli kylmä sauna. Myös hotellin pesutilat sekä huoneiden pesutilat vaativat vähän kunnostusta.

Pleasant stay
After an exhausting day in Lego land this place was heaven. Staff was very kind and helpful. Check in was quick. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. To our surprise the room was on group floor and we had door to outside. Just few meters away there was hotel playground so this was perfect for us. The swimming pool was small but still enough and there was also access to terrace if you wanted to do sunbathing. In general hotel was calm and nice even though there were lot of families staying in. Location is perfect if you want to visit Lego land and/or Lalaland. Surrounding offer good opportunity for outdoor recreation. Hotel restaurant: Great! It was pitty that we had booked just one night. For sure we will come back.

Yhteenvetoa hotelli vierailusta
Ihastuttava hotelli, ihana aamiainen. Lapsille leikkihuone ja uima-allas. Lyhyt matka kaikkialle sekä ilmainen parkkipaikka jos vuokraa auton ( Auton vuokraus erittäin suositeltavaa). Henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Ainut miinus tulee huoneen huonosta ilmastoinnista. Meillä oli huone maan tasalla ja huoneessa ei minkäänlaista ilmastointia. Ikkunat olivat märät aamuisin ja tuntui ettei vaatteetkaan kuivu. Kavereiden huone oli toisessa kerroksessa ja selkeästi kuiva/raikas huone. Toinen miinus tulee siitä ettemme saaneet lähekkäisiä huoneita, vaan olimme hotellin aivan vastakkaisissa päissä.

Siisti hotelli lähellä legolandiaa.
Hotelli oli siisti, hyvä aamupala ja lähellä Legolandia ja Lalandia. Sisäuima-allas sekä ulkona oleva leikkikenttä olivat hyvä lisä. Hotellista sai myös Legolandian lippuja, jolloin välttyi suuremmalta jonottamiselta.

Great little hotel with friendly staff and fabulous breakfast. There was no restaurant onsite which was disappointing when arriving late but staff were very helpful in suggesting options. Slight confusion over breakfast. Breakfast was included but you still had to book a time slot. This system was new and not communicated to us and some other guests so we got a frosty reception from the hostess in charge of breakfast but it was all resolved very graciously.

Really great hotel! It’s a short walk to both Lego House and Legoland. Breakfast buffet was included and there was a storage area for bags while you waited for your room to be ready. The staff was super nice and it was an overall great place. I would highly recommend!

We came to Billund to visit Legoland, and The Lodge is a perfect location. It’s only 5 minute walk to Legoland from the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. It has a pool and a game room. Breakfast was fantastic as well.
