âThere was a problem with our room when we had arrived .
They offered us a drink while they figured it out .
Within minutes they upgraded us .
Amazing and ultra friendly staff . â
âA very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when Iâm coming back to Birmingham.â

âWhen arriving at hotel car park 2 Disabled bays one occupied by car with no blue badge and the other by a chiller unit. Spoke to staff and parked behind the chiller unit.â
âAmazing experience from start to finish. Concierge was a great help with parking, front desk staff very welcoming and attentive. Upgraded room was a lovely touch. Room was spotlessly clean, beautiful lobby and bar too. Overall couldnât fault our experience. â
âGood location, walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Basic clean and condition. Thin walls could hear everything. We chose compact room but didnât expect it to be so compact that you can shower sitting on the toiletđ there was no room for luggage and not even a hook to hang hand towels. The air conditioning was blowing straight to bed so couldnât keep it on and the room got really hot. They send us a message in advance about being green and we could choose not...

"Disturbingly noisy at least during the week end nights because of the loud music coming from the neighbouring clubs and bars till early hours.
Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself.
Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too.
Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
