”I cannot fault this hotel; excellent value for money, everywhere is very clean, comfortable spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast and every member of staff we’ve come into contact with has been extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Park at the Millennium point car park - you can see the hotel from the car park so it’s just a couple of minutes stroll over the road. ”

”Ideal location for the Utilita Arena, just a short walk. Far enough out of the city that it was quiet overnight so easy to sleep. Room very spacious and comfortable. ”

”Breakfast selection was good but our group could not sit together, there were only 6 of us, as the staff were trying to close down a section of the restaurant for cleaning. We ended up on 3 separate tables, not very customer centric.”

”The room was very lovely, the staffs were very courteous and the amenities were great too. The only issue I would raise was the bath towel left lints on my body. Besides that, it was fantastic ”

”Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena.”
