Fortunately I was not close to the ongoing renovation work of the hotel itself. Other little flaws like non-functioning USB outlet and lightning, too. Kind cleaning staff and some receptionists, however majority of people at the reception did not seem to be able to communicate neither with guests nor between themselves. Their stubbornly quiet way of working without speaking and just leaving the customer was embarrasing."
