”We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us...

”The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

”There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back.”

”The hotel is well located in Sunny Isles, a pleasant neighbourhood especially for families. There is a handy valet parking available and multiple restaurants as well as grocery stores within walking distance. The Aventura Mall is just 15 mins drive away. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. ”Well for starters no one was there to let me in when I arrived waited 30 min and then a neighbor told me it wasn’t the first time that happened.. I was very upset no answer when calling .. I tried a few times .. no response to email.. I say go somewhere else cheap or not they rob you refunds aren’t an option.”
