”I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors.”

”Clean hotel with large room, which even had a small balcony. Staff were friendly and informative on check in but checking out was less friendly and more of a process. Tea and coffee available in room with biscuits, a Nespresso or similar would have been a better option as now offered at most hotels. Good size desk for working on, with plenty of sockets in the room but no USB points, wifi had very good signal and easy to connect to, small table and chairs in the room as well as place to store...

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "

"Very tasty taditional English Breakfast, but also fruit & croissants available. Coffee machine including hot chocolate, several choices of tea. I really liked the perks offered for not needing cleaning every day! Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of free parking, which is needed for this kind of location. Friday night wedding kept me awake a bit, which was expected, what I did not expect was a party (assuming only on one room near to us) on a Monday night... Otherwise very comfortable beds to sleep in. The room was very clean and staff extremely nice and helpful. I wish the sauna will be changed into a proper Finnish sauna one day."
