Bix ja Assendon Hotellit

”Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

”Kodikas hotelli. Huoneeseen kulku oli vähän mutkikas, erikoinen, mutta helppo kuitenkin. Ei sovi huonojalkaisille.”

”Nice location however very soft mattress and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Rooms in the clock tower are separate to rest of hotel. Staff offered no explanation about breakfast on arrival and we were not asked how our stay was on checkout. Below expectations, very average”

”Although a little tired and dated the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is what makes the hotel, friendly and professional. Helpful and welcoming and only too happy to give information with a special mention to Diana in the restaurant. The location was great, with plenty of parking. I would stay here again.”

”Paikkana erittäin viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Suosittelen!”

”We would stay here again. Very comfortable staff was so nice and friendly resturant is wonderful fish and chips were amazing.”

”Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!”

”Beautiful hotel, great spa, lovely grounds, super room.”

”Sauna and steam… about 8 unsupervised kids running in and out…staff don’t deal with this. The sauna and steam are way too small for the size of the hotel. Steam holds about 7 people. Inconsiderate guests lay across the sauna bench and steam when they can see people trying to come in and people have to go back out. Reception staff very pleasant but when taking the holding deposit they don’t tell you how much they’re taking, just swipe your card. Room adequate. Breakfast sausages were tough coffee...

”The dinner food sucks. The spa/pool is fantastic . Location in the middle of nowhere but convenient for business travellers”

”.”

”Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

”Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again.”
