”The property seemed to be undergoing some renovations, which didn't feel like they were actively being worked at. Almost felt like time was standing still. Hallways smelled like filler materials, but the room itself was small and cosy. Unfortunately there was no hot water coming from the shower nor from the tap in the bathroom. TV did turn on, but the picture was glitching due to some cable/antenna interference or damage. Otherwise nothing more to complain about. Not too bad for the cheap price...

”The property is a beautiful old house in a delightful historic village. The owner has decorated it with taste and style and everything is of the finest quality. The owner also goes to a lot of trouble to make your stay comfortable, providing breakfast early for us before we headed to the airport and phoning the village pub to see if they had a table before our arrival. I couldn't recommend it highly enough - 10 out of 10 is just not enough!”

”This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

”We enjoyed our stay at the Conon Hotel immensely. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well provisioned with snacks and tea. The bathroom was modern and chic; it also held a huge bathtub and shower, both of which offered a sense of luxury and comfort. But more than the room, we loved the staff and the warm welcome they gave.
