”For what you pay, the room is honestly really great. It exceeded our expectations, and was the perfect place to crash after a long car ride. The front staff was kind and inviting, the room clean and comfortable - I slept like a baby - and speaking of, our toddler, who has been going through sleep issues, slept in his own bed longer than we did! This will be our go to for any trip to Asheville. ”

”room was very clean. Gave us free toiletries. Staff is tops, just like the maid staff is super on top of things and friendly, willing to help out more in any way. Good free breakfast. We stay at this Best Western every time we stay in Ashville N.C. and have been happy every time. Only things I would change is the way the bathroom doors open up and the placement of toilet paper rollers. But if that's the worst of it, you're doing A ok. Thank you and you WILL see us again.”

”The room was clean and spacious! We had our family Christmas celebration there. There was seating for everyone to watch the Olympics too. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large enough for a couple of people to get ready in there. Very pleased!”
