”Plenty of parking , nice breakfast and the room was very clean .”

”I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway.”

”sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret”

”Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly.”

”This is an older hotel, nothing fancy as with most of this brand, but it was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.”

”The hotel itself is nice, but the location is not the best. There were bunch of homeless people roaming about and hanging around the hotel, one guy kept stalking my wife ad when I confronted him, he said he needed someone to go with him to get food, so that was very weird. I think there should be proper security there and signs of no loitering and trespassing and they should be enforced.”

”The Omni and the spa are amazing!”

”The only thing I would add is a hot option for breakfast. Right now, it's a cold breakfast.”

”I was at the hotel for two days of hiking around western North Carolina (Pisgah National Forest, Grandfather Mountain State Park, Mount Mitchell State Park, and Chimney Rock State Park). I loved the location of the hotel - it's just one mile away from where you can access the Blue Ridge Parkway. I also really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were even willing to put on the TV channels of my preference. The restaurant was a great place to relax after a day on...

”Best sleep of my 8 days vacation ! Stayed in Black Mountain Asheville area. Beds are the best with down comforters for climate. Just the best mountain views and pet friendly. Free breakfast that was awesome! Will be back! You will love the location and views. Staff excellent and very very clean place inside and out. Gym was the best. I’ll give it 10 of 10”

”I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious for a couple days stay for business trip. I loved having a separate bedroom and living space with a stocked kitchen.”

”Would have liked the breakfast bar to have scrambled eggs or egg and cheese omelets instead of western omelets.”

”At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the...

”The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy drive to downtown Asheville or the highway.”
