”Our go to for a quick stay”

”The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. ”

”Property is currently under renovation and the updated room we stayed in was great! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend this hotel to others. It’s right off I40 for easy access and for a food recommendation try Papa’s & Beer about 10 minutes drive down Tunnel Rd towards Asheville! Great Mexican restaurant! ”

”Very clean from room, to breakfast area, work out and pool area. All staff was excellent from front desk, cleaners to breakfast staff. All pleasant to deal with. Stay here every time we visit. Pool area and hot tub well maintained. No complaints. Great place to stay. Only suggestions would be to have a freezer in the room with mini fridge, a microwave in each room and the faucets in bathroom replaced. Very odd choice of bathroom faucet.”

”The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. I went down to breakfast too late, but the servers still let me in to get drinks. Parking was free and convenient and the hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate, which we had come to visit. ”

”Despite being under remodeling construction, the hotel maintained a Marriott Courtyard quality and staff was very kind. there was no breakfast, though and that was a bummer.”
