”The staff at check in were extremely helpful and frie dly. The room was clean and very dark, although there was plenty of lighting, it was subdued. It was impractical having to walk all the way round the bed to wash your hands after using the toilet. Having a small sink in with the toilet would have been more convenient and sanitary.”

”We arrived on 2/5, everyone of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, explained everything to you , the rooms are big , aswell as the bed!! Comfy , everything you want in a room was in! ”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "
