”Excellent stay and truly outstanding service. After my partner accidentally left her watch in the shower, we realised once we were already at the airport. One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country. Honest, helpful and professional service like this really stands out. Highly recommend this hotel near Heathrow T5.”

”It is a 2* hotel on a side of a fairly busy A road - one cannot expect a Savoy. It was clean, warm, the room quite large and comfortable, the staff kind and friendy, plenty of parking, easy distance to where we needed to be. Breakfast - a toast with jam or marmalade available by the reception. Included in the price of a £50 room I considered it a nice extra rather than breakfast I should rate for variety or quality. We’ll definitely be back!”

”This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were the kindest, most conscientious, considerate, cheerful people we’ve ever seen in a hotel and they seemed to take great pride in their work. The breakfast was astounding both with the variety of offerings and the quality. The room was nice and had a sofa that we could both sit on whereas most king rooms only have one chair at other hotels. The heat in our room wasn’t working properly and they immediately sent up a portable heater. We’re...

”Service & staff were great … as were the facilities & room .. the only complaint we have is that despite upgrading to the turquoise suite the room was really quite cold despite an extra radiator being provided & remained so”

”Excellent stay, quiet room and good food. I suggest staying in the main building, as the annexe is far from everything, and the path between the annexe and the main building can get slippery on rainy days (and it rains a lot in England). The wine list and beer selection need improvement.”
