”This hotel is more than run down. The "continental breakfast" is awful, there is nothing fresh or accommodating for guests. If you want 3 day old muffins or bread enjoy. The pool is disgusting and poorly kept. The staff has bad mouthed other customers in our presence more than once, so I can only imagine what they about everyone else. ”We had a great stay here! The entire place was clean and everyone was friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. Very updated and had a resort look. Kids had a good time playing pool and corn hole while we enjoyed some drinks. The pool was decent size. It's an indoor/outdoor pool. And hot tub is always a plus! Definitely recommend!”

”We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working.”

”3 families stayed here. We found it dirty and not well maintained. We were very disappointed. The bathroom was not cleaned well. A big wad of gum in the carpet and carpet fraying in room 100. The pool felt very slimy and dirty on the concrete area around the pool. I d9 have to say the first girl we encountered was very helpful at the front desk. The man working the breakfast area was great! Even with those pluses, I will not book rooms here again.”

Most of the washing machines and dryers were not working, which was inconvenient. The parking areas had a lot of potholes, and no pillows were provided for the sofa bed.”
