”The lamp shades were broken, there was a light bulb missing in one of the bedside light fixtures, there was candy on the floor under the night stand and the walls were all dinged and marked up. ”

”I can’t believe I paid that much for a room for a hotel that was nowhere near the quality of a nice hotel and the rating it had received. I was unable to drive home because of the severe storms and had to stop somewhere . I had stayed in the area before, and hoped this would be a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and very kind. My room smelled, the toilet was very very dirty, and the floor was dirty. I was placed right next to the elevator with a lot of loud people...

”When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps. BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. The desk phone in the living space didnt work. We later found out that the neither of them were connected to the right port. The fire...

”Breakfast was pretty lame. Luke warm at best. No wonder it was ‘free’.”

”Ill start by saying the majority of the staff is too good. Aside from that be back by 10pm or no parking, breakfast was awful tv service from the 90s, pillows were the worst.”

”If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

”The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).”

”2 guest 1 face was given each time we asked for clean towels no room service on a daily for emptying trash or given new towels we had to ask daily for towels ”

”You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family....
