5 night stay
5 night stay. Very friendly and kind staff. Very delicious meals at all restaurants on the resort. Roof top restaurant view over the gulf is amazing. You can spend hours there enjoying the dinner and just watching the sea. I paid extra for sea view room and I was very disappointed on it. Floors dirty and same dead bugs on there since day one to last. The dead bugs really doesn't bother me, but it just means cleaning was not done properly during my stay. The room wall was badly broken, probably due the water damage, which is not fixed after. The shower cubicle was really dirty and wasn't cleaned for months. The fitness room exercise machines was broken, but there was enough free weights to do full body workout. Pool and beach area is very nice and sun beds was always available even at rush hours. Also bar service works very well on the pool and the beach. Around the hotel is not much to do in walk distance, except if you don't look night clubbing every night. Wasn't 5 star experience for me due the issues mentioned above, but the location on the sea side, good service and views from the roof top would make me come again. Good choice for families, couples and single travellers who wants to spend days on the pool or beach and just relax.

The only thing we liked about the property was staff members. They were great, professional and very friendly. The wi-fi doesn't work in the room and could do much better with TV size and channels.

The hotel and staff was very poor. Our room was moldy and dirty and filled with mesquites on the walls and ceiling. The ac blew directly on the bed so you frozen if you used the unit. We stayed one night but had booked 7 nights . We moved to better hotel in bodrum for almost the same price . Food was poor quality and displayed in a rather unappealing manner. Do Not book this hotel

Sivrisinek konusunda ciddi önlemler alınmalı odalarda ve ortak alanlarda ciddi rahatsızlık veriyor. Odaların temizliği biraz üstünkörü yapılıyor. Ortak kullanım alanlarındaki tuvaletler kötü durumda. Otelin bazı bölgelerinde ciddi kötü kokular mevcut bunun sebebi de süs havuzlarının ve çevresindeki bazı alanların temizliğine dikkat edilmiyor olması. Alkol ve içecek konusunda daha kaliteli tercihler yapılmalı, bence yetersizdi. Personellerinde daha özenli olması gerekiyor. İyi anlamda ise yemekler otele göre gayet başarılıydı. Dinlenme amaçlı sakin bir oteldi.

Extremely smelly rooms - smelled like wet dog. Really bad Wi-Fi connectivity. We had to call every few hours for a “technician” to fix it. They had fixed times for food but started removing it and making it inaccessible 30min prior to dining end time.

Biz bu sene 3 kisi 10 gün boyunca bu otelde konakladik. Ne yazikki hijyen 000!!! Odalar temizlenmiyor bile, ilk girdigimizde oda kir pas icindeydi!. Yemekleri hergün ayniydi ve lezzetsizdi. Ses cok oluyor. Yani kesinlikle 5 yildizlik bir otel degildir!

Find yourself a better hotel
It all depends on your expectations and what you want to get out of the holiday. Although it was advertised as a 5* all inclusive, it really is a 3* at best. There are two main pools in the hotel. The "relax pool" is a a pool mainly where families and couples will hang out. We spent most of our time here until there was a situation where a kid pooed in the pool. It took the staff approx 3-4 hours to do anything about it. They didn't have a sign up so people kept on jumping in despite the poo. It was so gross to watch. The other pool labelled "activity pool" - I strong advise staying away from. It's full of men who wear bum bags and gold chains around their neck. They sit in the pool all day blasting house music. It's quite intimidating and not a very friendly atmosphere, especially if you have children. The staff are relatively helpful, though some were plain rude. Especially the guy who serves drinks at the main restaurant. He blanked us every time we tried to order a drink and I also heard guests say the same. The alcoholic drinks were disappointing and the beer was always flat. The rooms are okay, I suppose. Though, they seem to be infested with mosquitos. I tried to count how many times I was bitten on my legs - I got up to 30 before I gave up counting. Some places around the hotel smell like sewerage - awful to walk past at times. Overall, hotel is very dated and could do with modernisation. Tacky furniture that has a lot of stains.

Relax oda detayına dikkat
Relax odalar aileler için uygun değil yataklar tekli, çiftlisi yokmuş. Odalarda karınca problemi var. Genel temizlik 5 üzerinden 3. Yemek çeşidi ortalama. Personel çok yardımcı , her zaman çözüm için destek oluyorlar. 2 plaj var birisi sığ ve çakıllı , diğeri derin ve kumluk.

Property needs updating, everything is old . Internet was not good. AC works only when you are in the room and at 35C and high humidity room get hot like sauna.

Genç çift olarak gittik. 5-7 Temmuz arasında 2 gece konakladık. Söyleyeceğim şu ki kötü yorum yapanlara kesinlikle itibar etmeyin. Bu zamana kadar çok çeşitli otellerde konaklayan birisi olarak söyleyebilirim ki gerçekten vereceğiniz parayı hak eden bir otel. Tüm otel görevlileri gayet ilgililer, isteklerinizi en hızlı şekilde yerine getiriyorlar. Otelin içi, plajları, havuz çevresi, spası da dahil olmak üzere tüm alanları pırıl pırıl. Odalar da konforlu ve temiz. Yiyecek kalitesi gayet iyi, alkoller ve kokteyller de oldukça başarılı. Bu tatilimizden çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyon çalışanlarından valelere temizlik görevlilerinden servis elemanlarına tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkürler. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde tercih edebilirsiniz.

Fantastic views. Great layout. Plenty of facilities Room very comfortable, appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities Clean towels every day. Downside the shower floor was in bad condition but the waterfall shower was great

I visit Turkey every year and stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. This hotel was one of the worst 5 star hotels I’ve seen. It should be 3 start with 3 out of 5 rating. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was mold in the shower. The food is not good! There isn’t a real entertainment at night which most all inclusive have. The quality of drinks are very poor. The a la cart restaurants are not good. People come to hotel around 3-5am yelling and talking loudly bothering guests and there isn’t anyone to tell them to be quiet. You can hear loud music at night and day time. Dinner is served at 7:30 and from 2pm the only food you can find is some pastry! This hotel is not cheap for what they offer. Not sure who gives these hotels stars but they should definitely reconsider this being a 5 start hotel!!!

The property was good, well located, but the staff, despite being friendly, didn’t speak a lot of English, so communicating was a challenge throughout my stay. I was not impressed with the food, quite bland and most of the items didn’t have labels in English, so many times I didn’t know what I was eating. I also had an issue with the Wi-Fi connection, 3 days in, it stopped working and despite complaining, there was not a satisfactory solution for it. In fact, there was no solution at all, I was told the problem was my phone, but it worked anywhere else, except there. Also, the night before checking out, I was packing and when trying to open the safe to retrieve my passport, the safe didn’t work. I called the reception and it took them almost an hour and 2 phone calls for them to send someone to help. It turned out, the battery on the safe died, but I feel some details about the room/hotel were not cared for properly.

Loved it
Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel staff was super accomodating and switched our two rooms to a gorgeous family room as we were travelling with kids. The beach is wonderful as is the pool. The staff is all fantastic and the hotel is located very close to all the happening spots in bodrum. Over all a wonderful experience.
