”Annie was truly the soul of the place. She greeted us cheerfully every time we met and made sure we were well looked after. The view from the main terrace, pool area, and our cottage was spectacular – directly facing the English Harbour. ”Honestly, I wish we never booked here. However, it was last minute and we heard it was a good place to stay, that mustve been a looong time ago. FIRST, we paid for ALL INCLUSIVE and it felt like it didn't include anything. The room they gave us was not what we saw on the website. Fridge was empty. No room service (had to ask for towels and washcloths) Room was never cleaned, Bathroom door was broken. There were time slots for breakfast (7:30am-10am), lunch (12pm-4), and dinner (6:30pm-10pm)....
