”Staff/service was amazing. shower was also fantastic and the room was overall comfortable. Parking was okay, they gave a 24 hour day pass which was very generous, but the lot was filled up at the end of the day”

”The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. ”

”Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel.”

”Corte della Maestà is the most incredible and unique place in Italy where we have stayed. Absolutely amazing gardens, stellar first class accommodations in a 1200 year old building. It’s the home of Paulo and Christiana, our gracious and generous hosts. If you have the opportunity and it’s available, you will never regret your stay with them in luxury suites!”

”Altarocca was more than we ever dared to expect. We stayd in Orchidea Suite for 14 nights. This place is just heaven on earth. The silence, the pools and the friendliness of the staff is just overwhelming. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely come back. Thank you all for making our holiday perfect.”

”Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). ”

”This was an EXCELLENT stay!! We had a private apartment suite. It included a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. I didnt realize the size of it when we booked, it was just me and my husband. The staff was so friendly and guided us to the best parts of the city. 15 minute walk from the funicular. You can take the bus from the station of you prefer, 5 minute walk from the duomo. Whple trip was bsolutely stunning!!!! Highly recommend this hotel”

”We had a great one night stay in Orvieto. Can’t wait to return to this magical hilltop town. Dining options are endless, the people are welcoming & the duomo and underground tour are not to be missed! Ciao!”

”One-night visit in Orvieto. This was a perfect hotel for that, traveling with 2 children. The hotel is very centrally situated, room had AC, service was superb, and they could provide a parking place in central Orvieto. Finding the hotel with car is an adventure in itself.... Orvieto is a great place to visit for one or two days. Really interesting, long history.”
