”What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Each are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and hand painted ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely with modern provisions, but also elegantly...

”Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff was extremely helpful. This is a gem. It is on a working farm, winery and olive oil producer. Everything is of the finest. The husband and wife owners have us a tour of the farm of which they are justly proud.”

”The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. ”

”The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change.”

”Location was good. Food (lunch/dinner) was very expensive. Also very annoying Saturdays and Sundays so called poolday for anyone. Pool area was very crowded. Room and publicareas were dirty. Full with spiderwebs and so on. No English speaking persons. Only Italian language.”

Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. ”

It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not...
