Problems in accommodation
"We did not receive Anu information a bout hotel from in the check in. It took 2-3 minutes in desk and she (reception) took our passports and told after half an hour come take your pass. I paid 25 ⏠for room decoration and a drink, for my husbands birthday, but the decoration was exactly for honey ..."

"Most of the things in this place were great like the view, bed, service, cleanliness etc. The staff was supportive and very clear. The only things we didn't like were mould in the shower, broken furniture like chair and wardrobe in the room and a spooky lift. But since we were in Milan to explore ..."
