Good morning, We tell every guest at check in that we have daily housekeeping service, and when you want it, just let us know and we will do it. If you do not schedule it we will stay out of your room. You also could have mentioned your opinion at any time during your stay and our front desk would have resolved the issue by providing the above housekeeping, moving you rooms, or providing other options. I have not had any other issues from that room, but will have it inspected as an extra precaution. Feel free to call and ask for a manager if you wish to discuss anything further.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. Like most hotels our rates vary with the market based on supply and demand. As an independent hotel we are able to keep our costs and our rates down about 10-20% compared to our competitors in the area, we do have some special event dates that are indeed higher than normal rates, but are still less than the competitors in the area (like the Celtics/Bruins play-offs and lots of Graduations).

This is simply false. We change all linens and towels between every guest. I do want to point out we do not use a commercial iron to remove any small wrinkles that may occur before our staff can fold the laundry. This helps save lots of the power(energy/electricity) that would be used to needlessly iron freshly laundered sheets.

As mentioned when we spoke with you, a number of the unregistered guests you were having join you in your room had previously been asked to not stay with us in the future (Including yourself, but we did not have your full name at that time). We are sorry to again have to explain this so publicly, but, as we mentioned on the phone and in person previously, we are unable to have you or the other guests you had staying with you in your room stay with us. We will continue to ask you to leave and/or cancel reservations when any other reservations are made by yourself, or other members of your group.

Our on-site restaurant has coffee and hot water available and the front desk staff is always able to warm something up in the microwave when requested, but I understand it is not the same convenience as having those items in the room.
