The best little gem in Boulder...
Oh my gosh, this is the perfect place to land! This two story spotless, well-appointed townhouse is just right for two couples or even one person wanting space. Kitchen is gorgeous, bedrooms are light and airy, bathroom is so spacious, and closets are fabulous. By the way, there was a great library to choose books from, board games galore downstairs, and an adorable backyard. I have no doubt that I'll be back and you should go!

The perfect spot to stay in Boulder
This is our third time staying at this wonderful property and we can’t wait to come back. It is the ideal amount of space and the perfect setup. Awesome bathroom and shower, and great open kitchen/dining/living for making meals and hanging out by the fire with the family to play games. The location is close to an amazing bike/run trail next to campus and walkable to Pearl Street for shopping and dinner out. Trader Joe’s, Target and other shopping just as close in the other direction. A short drive to hike or ski Eldora. Highly recommend!

Irina's place was great. We hadn't planned on staying in so much yet due to the weather and an event host canceling due to covid, we were inside more. Everything was great. The only thing i would change is a more comfortable couch. Again, we weren't planning on being inside so much.

Great place, location and back patio area is perfect for gathering with a small group. Highly recommend this listing. Stairs up to the second floor are steep, so make sure you are comfortable with stairs.

Wonderful getaway
The property was immaculate and comfortable. It was beautifully designed. There were a lot of amenities that we really appreciated. All of the appliances were new and top notch. The beds were very comfortable and all supplies such as towels, blankets pillows, etc. were excellent. There was a nice sitting area outside to eat as well as an inside kitchen area. The townhouse was very convenient to Pearl Street and all of the downtown Boulder, shopping and restaurants. There were also bicycles to use. Overall, there was nothing missing and we would come back and stay again. It is a beautiful home in a very convenient location. We highly recommend!!!

Super chic place!
We absolutely loved our stay at Irina’s place in Boulder. The location felt super safe and tucked away with two parking spots, yet close enough to walk to shopping and dining. The beds upstairs were both super comfy (unfortunately the couch wasn’t the most comfie sleeping spot), but I survived because the couch linens that were provided were so cozy, it totally made up for a little harder surface. The bathroom upstairs with the shower was AMAZING. Best plush towels, plenty of hot water, and super delicious smelling soaps and shampoos provided. Loved that there was a laundry machine for our use. We never got a chance to use the kitchen for cooking, but it seemed well stocked, and the two bikes out on the back porch were a super nice touch too. Best part, the checkout process consisted of starting the dishwasher. Easy peasy, as a VRBO should be, in my opinion. Don’t hesitate for a second to book this place! It was perfect for our girls’ getaway!

Awesome place to enjoy all of Boulder!!
This condo was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located. It is close to the action on Pearl street, exercise facilities and lots restaurants and cool retail. We did not have a car during our stay, so we took on the bus system which was easy to use and convenient. The sites and skiing around Boulder and beyond were spectacular. Irvina was a gracious and informative host. I would highly recommend this rental for a short or longer stay!!

This property is in a great location with reserved parking. The condo was very clean with an awesome expresso machine! We loved the small back patio with lights. We bought oscillating fans for the rooms since it was hot at night while we were there.

We loved our stay in Irina's beautiful condo. She has impeccable taste and the place is well-appointed and in a great location. The house was immaculate. We arrived early and Irina welcomed us in, which we greatly appreciated. We could walk to everything we needed. We'd rate our stay a 9.9/10. The only thing that would have made it a perfect 10 was we found the bedrooms warm in the evening but we're hot sleepers.

Cleanest rental I have ever seen, thank you! Beautifully appointed kitchen and bathrooms too. Patio is a surprisingly nice touch. Well located in Boulder, either a 10-15 min walk or 5-10 min drive from anything you’d want to do. Only feedback? Hot water heater seems to be on the small side, but this is absolutely a nit pick. Look forward to returning here when we come back to Boulder!

This home offers everything you need for a trip to Boulder or the surrounding area. The online photos are an excellent representation and the property is well-appointed, clean, and well-located. It's nice to have specific parking spots, a central location, and great amenities. The owners are very responsive and were a joy to work with. We'd return again.

Rented this for 5 of us on our annual girls trip. From top to bottom high class! Top of the line appliances, bedding, luxury shower! Such easy check-in with digital locks so we didn’t have to juggle keys. Phenomenal location- walked easily to Pearl Street, grocery, Hazels liquor store, Village Diner. Beautiful fall trees adorned the property with a quaint patio perfect for al fresco dining. This is VRBO done perfectly!

We stayed in this beautiful house for three nights during her visit to Boulder. Myself my wife and her two kids. The house is decorated beautifully and you can tell host spared no money in the setting of the house. Irina paid great attention to details and made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. The location is central and excellent with walking distance to Pearl Street. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place, PERFECT location
This place was exactly what my fiancé and I needed. Comfortable beds, incredible location with everything within easy walking distance, and the house was gorgeously decorated. All the little extras made this place really stand out, like the record player, espresso maker, and all the kitchen equipment you could ever need. Could not recommend this place enough! Stay here!
