Very nice Boulder stay
Great location, easy walk to Pearl St but ample parking and out of the crowds. Nicely renovated basement apartment perfect for the 3 of us.

Perfect in town

Wonderful spot for a long weekend in Boulder

We loved our stay! The unit was clean upon arrival and the owner was very accommodating. You can't beat the location! We walked to Pearl Street every day, and enjoyed beautiful hikes around the Boulder area.

Good location, spacious, a few issues
Great location, close to Pearl street, but on quiet block. Unit was dusty and the refrigerator was not clean. We had no hot water on Sunday afternoon and had to take cold showers. It was spacious and having in unit washer dryer was nice. The washer was used on a different day than the cold showers BTW.

I apologize about water, it is a smart water heater that needed to be reset (that happened once before 2 years ago). Had you let me know about the problem, the hot water would have been back 5 minutes later.

A wonderful gem
My son, his girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful home to take a few days to bike in the mountains. Padja was so kind and helpful and easily accessible. The home was just as advertised and we had plenty of room to have what we needed. Everything was within walking distance and the town was so fun! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect to go around Pearl st mall. Some noise during the day and evening with people walking around upstairs and could hear every step at times.

The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown. The Flatirons and Flagstaff mountains were quite beautiful. This place was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Beautiful property in a superb location
We were delighted with the property--plenty of room, comfortable accommodations, interesting decor and plenty of equipment for meal prep. My only suggestion would be to add bar soap and wash cloths in the bathroom and perhaps a cover or umbrella for the outside seating area. It was often too sunny to sit outside which we really wanted to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to Pearl Street Mall and short drives to stores and the Flatirons. Parking was never an issue. There was always a spot open right by the house.

Great location, lovely property!
Loved the location of the property, just a few blocks from Boulder's Pearl Street pedestrian mall. The place is in the lower level of a large house, with plenty of room. It took me a bit to get the hang of both electronic front door lock (not used to touch screens) and the tv remote (again, not an Apple person), but once in/on, all was good! I have one suggestion to the host - a cutting board (or two) would be a welcome addition to the kitchen items. We definitely consider staying here again when we're in Boulder!

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood
I am very happy to have found Luxury homebase. Pedja and his family were very accommodating, just stellar people all around. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Pearl Street, the bus station, wonderful farmers market, post office and many other attractions. This stay was among my favorites and if future travel brings me to Boulder, I will absolutely say there again. And by the way, public transportation is great and inexpensive in Boulder! Thank you Pedja!

The apartment was cozy but we weren't sure we were in the right place when we arrived because the door was open and the tv was on. We couldn't figure out how to use the tv due to various remotes and there weren't instructions on how to do so. The last night it sounded like the owners upstairs were moving furniture and fighting at 11pm which kept us awake. Overall the location was nice and the apartment was nice.

We leave the door unlocked and TV on for your convenience, I apologize if that made it confusing. The TV instructions were in the "Rental Info" email as well as on the fridge; it is an Apple TV, I'm always happy to give you a walkthrough if you let me know. You may have heard my kids (4 & 8yo), but they never stay up past 8:30-9pm, sorry if there was noise.

Recovering from surgery
We needed a quiet place for our son to mend from shoulder surgery. We needed a place with a valid parking permit. Confirmed that there was one beforehand. The place was fine(some deferred maintenance)the parking permit was expired and not valid for overnight guests( confirmed this with Boulder permit office) so we had to park in a local parking deck. This is a basement apartment and whoever lives upstairs is EXTREMELY loud from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and 4:30 pm to 8:00pm so not exactly a quite environment to rest after surgery. We left a day early due to the noise.

The exterior of the larger house (we were in 1 of multiple units) is very neglected - tall weeds, trash and junk on front porch of front street unit. Also, TV (may have been the remote) did not work at all and there is No A/C and was quite warm as in the 90's in Boulder.

Awesome Location, Cute Basement Apartment
My friend and I enjoyed this lovely location in Boulder. Located just blocks from Pearl Street, it was a perfect spot for a vacation to Boulder. We enjoyed shopping and wonderful food on Pearl St., and then drove to nearby hikes. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment was perfect for us to rest our heads each night. It's important to note that this is the basement of someone's home, so you do hear the family above in the mornings. That did not bother us, but if you would be bothered by early morning noise, this would not be the place for you. Parking was easy.

Great location, very nice interior.
My only complaint is that the photos of the exterior looked to be 10 years old when the place looked very sharp. Today it looks more beat up with tall weeds. No sidewalk lights make it difficult to manuver at night. Interior is very nice.
