”They are in the process of updating the rooms, but the work is super shoddy. there were pain splatter on the floor and sink. The areas with new paint were sloppy and unfinished. There was dirt, trash and debris in the hall and elevator. It was not cleaned while I was there. The biggest problem was with both doors in my room. The bathroom door would not close and there was hardware missing. The door into the room was not installed properly and the deadbolt could not fully deploy. Finally,...

”Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!”

”I checked in and out within 20 minutes. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. The building was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room did not look like the images and was in a bad area. The main reason I left was because of the men wandering the outside halls screaming. The only good thing about this place is the woman at the front desk. She was so kind about my bad experience and did everything she could to make sure I was put in contact with the right people for a refund. Really hoping...

”The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, and I liked the little chocolate chip muffins. The hotel was super convenient for a stay after a show at Red Rocks, and there was a Dennys just across the street open 24 hrs for late night munchies. I would stay here again.”

”Bathtubs could use rubber traction strips for when using shower. They are very slippery”

”The renovation is very annoying and noisy. Checked in, could not get a nap in to do carpet, stripping and trim work being done in my area of the hotel. In addition, some kind of backup in the plumbing caused a backflow of what I can only describe as something into the sink in the vanity.”
