”This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain. I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year. I asked for a new room and was denied.”

”Room was dirty. Shower head fell off while showering. I had an emergency to leave early, they would not return my money for the extra day i paid for. They were NOT fully booked up to do that to me. This place looks nothing like in the pictures. Gross. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that people are saying next door.”

”The breakfast was fresh. My son and I enjoyed it. The room was clean. Nice place to stay.”

”Stayed here for four nights. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. I liked that housekeeping straightened up the room every day and provided fresh towels. The hotel was also very quiet. The only thing I was not a fan of was the scent of the toiletries. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.”
