”Lovely stay. Great room, very nice breakfast and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The christmas decorations made the whole stay feel very festive. The kids loved everything about it. The spa swimming pool was a little on the cold side but ok. ”

”I had a very comfortable stay. The room was a generous size with an excellent bed, and I appreciated the in-room touches—tea and coffee, a fridge, and a smart TV with iPlayer and Netflix.
Parking spaces at the front were difficult to get, but the overflow car park at the neighbouring hotel is just a short walk away and worked well for me.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.”

”Room had great views. Generally clean although the electric heater had accumulated lots of dust which was not good for me with dust allergies. Breakfast was good. ”

”Hot tub was great, good temperature, clean tub and space surrounding it .was clean we were above the rear car parking space but this did not impact us at all ..we only ate in cocktail area . Food fresh hot and tasty ,service was excellent. Staff attentive ,friendly and accommodating . Room clean spacious and comfortable. ”

”The room was large and very clean with lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent would definitely stay again. Nice to be able to park the car and walk to the centre and waterfront.”
