”Absolutely terrible experience the property has very steep steps and is located on second floor I traveled with my 11 months old daughter and my wife was pregnant so it was almost impossible without a lift for us to go outside we planned and saved for this holiday 2 years ago but they ruined everything for us and they property and hotels.com refused to reimburse my payment because of their mistake we had to suffer a huge loss”
