”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”Extremely dirty hotel. Even in the corridors You were able to spot all kind of dirt/dirtiness. I don't understand that how can a hotel have this kind of level of cleaning. Our hotel room was spacious but very very dirty. On the first night, I started to watch the ESPN, moved my feet around the sofa and suddenly a pill/drug dropped from the sofa table or something like that. There were hairs, dirt and different crumbles all over room floor. I can say that it wasn't the most pleasant stay over....

”This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the hallways smelled strongly of weed and urine, creating a terrible first impression. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t any better. It had a strong unpleasant odor that made it difficult to relax. The bedsheets smelled bad and were even put on the bed incorrectly, making me question whether they had been changed at all. The bathroom was completely unacceptable. ”Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.”

”From not being able to hear the person through bullet proof glass at the counter, to dirty bathroom walls and doors, this place was horrible. Luckily I had Lysol wipes with me to clean off light switches and anything else we touched. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at on our multi state family trip, this was unbelievably horrible.”
