”Overall the house was ok. The pictures of the house on the listing look better. When we arrived, trash was not picked up, the barn was not cleaned and air filter in the house had not been changed in a while. The house could have been a little more kept up. Communication with the guest service was great. The trash was addressed the next day and we cleaned up the barn and replaced the air filter. ”The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered.
