”This was a last-minute getaway for us. The cottage was a great escape. The host provided amazing amenities. The cottage decor was very thoughtful. The location was quiet yet just five minutes from everything in Round Top. And the view of sunrise and mist on the pasture was a beautiful bonus!”

”The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. ”

”The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

”We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

”This was a great stay! Very convenient to Round Top and other sites in the area but in a remote and charming farmland setting. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. One of us left a cell phone on the property that was discovered after we had checked out, and they drove 15-20 miles to bring it to us. Just wonderful.”
