”Great situation with its own underground car park; not that easy to find on first lap, as I was alone, but just before the steps to reception on the left……£10 charge was is fine. A bit tired from the outside and needs a bit of TLC, but room was fine and…..roomy!! Breakfast not worth bothering with, as just cold Continental, but so close to town, so other options? Great value for position and practicality; helpful SA gent on reception on arrival - would revisit for sure, but don’t use if trying...

”Lovely grounds and building. The staff, especially Shabila, were welcoming. Shabila is relentless in ensuring that everything is satisfactory. We stayed on a Sunday and so it wasn’t busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We had a good price for the room, so it was excellent value for money. The only suggestion would be to look at the heating in the Pear Tree rooms. It was very hot. ”
