”Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout..
The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football!
Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children.”

”the room was not cleaned properly with chip containers and dirty glass under our bed- the coffee machine was not cleaned and full of mold in the water holder,and when brought to staff attention it was not addressed properly said chip containers still under bed and they just rinsed out the coffee maker and did not swap it out for full cleaning--the staff was cold mostly and not very helpful- the breakfast was nice but the staff was looking over you and removing plates before you were done

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.

”It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this.
The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.”
