"The hotel was having plumbing issues, and there was no hot water. When we informed the front desk at checkout, they said that they were aware, and it was going to be fixed. I wish that they had informed us when we checked in or offered some compensation acknowledging that there was no hot water. ..."

"As a family we really enjoyed the stay here with our kids. Host was really helpful and so kind. We really appreciate his kindness. Kitchen was really equipped, so it was easy to find things. He let us stay for a few more hours beyond the checkout time as well. We really appreciate it!"
