Expensive for what it is, should be impeccable for the price. Odd lay out with couch in a position blocking the fridge from openning. No reception in unit and no privacy when window open at all, other units staring straight in.

The location was great but just a few everyday items missing. We had no plugs for kitchen sinks or bath. Told we were not allowed to have a bath. The floor drain holes had a foul smell coming out of them.

The hotel was nice, staff polite and helpful. Just a bit worn in the room. But for the price, you can't complain too much.

Exceeded my expectations by a long way. Value for money abd very handy to South Brisbane Trainnstation. Bed very comfy. Well appointed unit that was remarkably quiet. Will be my go to for overnight stays in Brisbane.

Morgan Suites was selected for its proximity to QPAC - a very short walk - great location. The 2 bedroom unit was great for our one night stay - it would be fine for longer, with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and living area with kitchen area. Check in receptionist was extremely helpful in pointing out on a large diagram where we were, and where we needed to walk. The morning we left we’d accidentally put our key fob in the drop box, when we needed it to get out of the car park - and the gentleman on duty at that time was so helpful and accommodating as well. I will definitely stay here again if I can get a room - the price was good, the apartment was good, the location is great, and the 2 staff we dealt with were wonderful.

Lovely stay - handy to South Bank
This is a well located, clean, modern and spacious apartment. Great to be able to share as it has 2 x bathrooms and 2 x separate bedrooms so you get the best of both worlds (staying together but also with your own personal space),

靠近車站跟超市，交通方便。房間、廚房、浴室乾淨，接待人員親切友善(非24小時接待，注意櫃台時間)。泳池不大，玩玩水可以。有洗烘衣機跟廚房，對我們很有幫助。

I would give this property a higher rating as it was a great location, large apartment, easy parking, great facilities and communication was great. The let down was the terrible smell which seemed to be from lack of ventilation and mould. I was unable to sleep it was so bad and ended up with a sore throat.. such a shame. The hallways had a similar smell so I don’t think it was isolated to my room.

Staff were very accomodating. Rooms were a good size, shower though was tiny. Close walking distance to everything. That was the real bonus. I would stay again.

The location was convenient and check in process was easy. The carpet had tufts of other people’s hair all over, too many to count and having a crawling baby made it all the more gross. I called Reception for a vacuum or room change as soon as we had checked in but it was close to end of day and the call went unanswered, called the after hours number and left a message and sent an email but had no response. Apparently after requesting a vacuum the following morning it was done but the room was no cleaner. Glitter and more hair throughout the bathrooms and drawers etc. Garbage chute was very smelly. Second room had no aircon.

Great place to stay clean, spacious and tidy. Close to Southbank. Lovely balcony and everything you need for a great stay! Bonus was the fabulous cafe downstairs providing excellent coffee and service! Lovely place to stay when visiting Brisbane - we will be back and plan to stay longer next time !

Was well set out and located. Perfect for our needs. Wifi was not working but only realised this late so there was not the opportunity to rectify with a single night stay. Would stay again.
