Guests access the property via a shared tree-lined driveway used by both The Roost and the main house, adding to the sense of arriving in a peaceful rural setting. Step inside this stunning cottage to find a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, for relaxing after a day exploring the country side or the beautiful city of Bath. Sleep in luxury with a 4 poster bed. The property is surrounded by stunning open countryside. Guests are perfectly placed to enjoy miles of scenic walks straight from the doorstep, ideal for exploring on foot with friends, family, or even four-legged companions.



Located just outside Bath in Wick, the property is perfectly positioned for exploring both the city and the Cotswolds. You are only around 20–30 minutes’ drive from the southern edge of the Cotswolds, including picturesque villages such as Castle Combe and Tetbury, with the wider Cotswold countryside and its famous honey-stone towns easily accessible for a day trip. This makes the property an ideal base for guests looking to enjoy both Bath’s historic charm and the rolling countryside of one of England’s most beautiful regions.

This property is set within a working farm in a peaceful rural location, just a 10-minute drive from Bath. The setting offers a lovely balance of countryside tranquillity with convenient access to the city.



Nearby, there are a few light work units on the wider site, along with a farmhouse that also operates as a separate holiday let (sleeping up to 14 guests). Across from the property, you’ll also find a local golf course, perfect for those looking to enjoy a round during their stay.



For dining out, there is an excellent local pub within a 20-minute walk, offering a great option for food and drinks close by without needing to drive.



Getting Around:

We would recommend bringing a car to this property as public transport is limited.

You will have full private access to the entire cottage during your stay, the property is exclusively yours to enjoy.



Please note that one of the neighbouring properties within the wider courtyard area has several pools/ponds on their land. For this reason, we advise extra care and supervision if you are visiting with young children, as open water may present a hazard.



We welcome one dog per stay, with a charge of £35 per dog.
