”A last-minute decision for us to stay having booked to eat in the restaurant and we weren't disappointed. Our room was spotlessly clean and more spacious than expected. We needed to look for someone in order to check in but in all other respects the staff were very welcoming and attentive.”
”Definitely worth a visit. We only stayed for one night but we will be back. Staff all unbelievably good. Food exceptional. Very quiet. Really good nights sleep. Highly recommend this hotel. We also did the free history tour of the castle. Do not miss this as it includes a visit to the roof to take in the views.”
”A very clean and comfortable place. The rooms were very nice and the beds quite comfortable. The bathrooms were up to date and there was plenty of hot water. The pub next door was very hand for a drink and breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff. ”

”Medi, the chef, and his wife, Daniella, run the Inn and gave us both a warm, friendly welcome. The room was tidy and clean and we both had good night's sleeps even though the room was above the pub..I recommend Medi's Eggs Benedict which was fantastic and he also catered in the evening with great home made food - I had the best fish and chips I've had for many a year..I'd recommend the Sunday roast too which was awesome and over generous...and reasonably priced...
