”Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the...

”We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....

”I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared...
