”Went to the Spa for my sisters birthday. The moment you walked in you felt calm as the decor was stunning. Staff so polite always smiling and helpful. Massage fantastic and professional. Massage room serene low lights soft music. Lovely pool. Garden absolutly amazing, tranquil lots of seating. We stayed at the hotel which was ultra clean and tidy. Room fantastic, coffee maker, tea snacks magazines fridge. Decor throught hotel beautiful. Hotel staff always smiling and helpful. Nelsons restaurant...

”The hotel left heated towel rails on during the middle of a heatwave. Two visits to reception led to provision of a useless fan. Despite complaints to management no partial or full refund was offered on the basis it was a hot weekend. This is without doubt the worst place I've stayed. Avoid unless you want to melt in the room followed by a good old fashioned dose of Management gaslighting....”
