Nice hotel with good location
Nice hotel with good location. Room was big and cozy. I had a small riverview. Lot of traffic but good soundproofing in the room. Breakfast was okay, would've been nice to see some vegegarian options too. Coffeemachine coffee was not great and a bit cold and it was very crowded all the time, had to wait for 10 minutes in line to get one cup of coffee.

Very good value for money
Nice hotel with a good location. Not too far from downtown, tram stops etc. Service was great and staff members helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, though rather small. Only minus i can think of was coffee service during the breakfast: only two slow coffee machines to serve the guests. Many, myself included, would likely have wanted just regular filter coffee and serving it from a thermos would speed up the breakfast service.

Basic; good but not excellent
Very basic room; no safe box, no kettle, no minibar. Quite new hotel, very good condition. Disturbing thing was poorly working wlan. Firewall blocked many needed sites, such as Hotels.com for example.

Amazing stay
Room: Amazingly clean and super warm environment inside, everything is sparking clean. Every small corner / door handle are polished / clean everyday. Room are cleaned on daily basis and come with fresh towels. You can choose to have clean towels everyday or not, if you prefer more eco-friendly system. TV is smart tv come with build-in direct cast. Atmosphere: Quite sound-proof room, you can still hear some noises from the street (ambulance for example) but those are totally not-avoildable and should not be a problem. Helpful reception and breakfast available

The hotel is nice, the room was clean, breakfast are good. Hotel is next to the busy road, however the location is very convenient as the tram # 2 which brings you directly to the city center is within the walking distance. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

-location was good, close to city tram and bus. -booked a deluxe room, it would have been nice to have coffee/tea facilities in the room. -room was clean -in the room was no explanation about the airco, tv or hotel policies, a QR code in the room providing general information would have been helpfull. -staff was friendly -breakfast was ok, the waiting lines for the coffee machines were huge, one or two machines more would have been much better. -asked for a late check out, this was not possible I was told because of a full house, curiously enough it was still possible to book rooms for the requiered time... -overall experience with te hotel was good

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkte Verbindung in die City per Bus und S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas unkordiniert und eintönig.

The hotel was clean & star very friendly, the only negative was there was no storage in the room, we had a triple room and we had a few hangers with limited hanging space & not shelves or draws, which was not great for 3 people.

This hotel was OK, I wasn’t expecting much for the price that we paid. Firstly, we arrived 30 mins before check in and usually this is fine, but not at this hotel, they said we can only do check in at 2 pm. We came back exactly at 2pm and there were 8 people in front of us. We waited 45 mins to get to the front of the desk, as there was only 1 person serving. The rooms were very small (3 room service) and one thing to note is that they put a refrigerator by the end of the beds (next to the tv) where we had to be careful to walk by as we would (and we did) hit it and hurt ourselves as the edges were very sharp. There was no way to turn the air conditioning off, so this was always running and it didn’t help us to sleep properly. The location is ok, it’s a quiet area with good links to the city centre (30 mins walk to the city centre) 1 hour and so walk to the parliament. They’ve put us in a room above the entrance of the hotel, so we were awaken multiple times by the morning noise of guests and late a night by guests smoking near the entrance and partying there. Some staff were nice others not really. There are a lot of things to improve, but as I mentioned above - I wasn’t expecting much for the price that we paid. They should definitely improve in their customer service.

Great location, lovely new hotel, our room has some great views. Parking was €25 for the night. The rooms were really clean and modern, with everything you need inside. The kids had their own room with 2 single beds and we had a room with a double bed, super comfortable and nice pillows. Would definitely recommend it. Breakfast was great the next morning

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren direkt vor der Haustür. Somit kann man alle paar Minuten im Bus und Tramp einsteigen. In wenigen Minuten sind die Highlights zu erreichen. Zwischen 10 bis 30 min. sind Thermalbäder, Bars, und Sightseeingspots zu erreichen. Das Frühstück fällt eher kleiner aus.

The hotel was located next to a central mass transit connection that afforded easy access to all parts of the city. It was on the Pest side of the Petofi Hid (bridge) crossing the Danube River allowing easy access not only to the Pest side but walking access to the Buda side of the city, not to mention easy walking access to the park areas lining the Danube River and the Mupa performing arts complex just down river. It is also just far enough away from the central city tourist concentrations to allow you to experience authentic city culture while close enough to do the touristy things if you choose. Modern, well maintained property with comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice rooftop lounge area with a good view of the River. Good restaurant facility serving well stocked buffet breakfast and afternoon and evening meals.

The only problem we had was there was a lot of students staying at the hotel the same time as us and they were running up and down the hallways and shouting till 3 in the morning which really put a damper on our holiday

Location
Basic hotel with no frills , it would have been perfect with a small refrigerator at least, we stayed here because of the terrace but found out that is closed during the winter ,the shower was hard to live with since it doesn’t have a door , but overall nice hotel, clean and kind staff It is extremely well located and there is lots of nice restaurants around the hotel a supermarket, a metro station and a trolley station, you can also walk to the tourist traps and museums I will stay there again for sure Location, location
